You would have to take the bus to the 6 train, but this really is coastal living; I'd kayak to work to have parking and a waterfront esplanade (or penicillin for my machete wound).
Could you imagine what this would cost in a maritime suburb or the coastline of another borough? Take advantage of the low profile of the Bronx and scoop up some waterfront property at historically low prices.
