Mount Hope is an area just north of the Cross Bronx Expressway and wedged between Webster Avenue and the Grand Concourse. Do people even really use this neighborhood name? 
Probably not, but there is a local newspaper called the Mount Hope Monitor, so I'll stick with it.

de and tall windows.You would be a short walk to Crotona Park and a short subway ride to Fordham Rd. shopping to the north and Yankees Stadium to the south. Transportation is pretty easy with the B/D at Tremont and the Grand Concourse.
And to be honest, if you were to break this house down and weigh it, you'd be paying less per pound than for free range chicken at Whole Foods.
