It's hard to believe but this seems to actually be a
four bedroom apartment for only $1500/month. The location isn't the greatest on Webster and 187th, but you'd be super close to Fordham Road and Little Italy is only 4 or 5 blocks east on 187th.

So that's a bonus, no?
If you're looking for super cheap rent and actually have 3 friends, take a shot a this puppy.
Transportation is not bad with the B/D at Fordham Road and the Concourse, multiple buses on Webster Avenue and Fordham Road, and the Metro North Fordham station in walking distance.
