This is nowhere near move in ready, but it is a lot of space for only $329,000. If you're willing to roll up your sleeves, or pay someone to roll up theirs, you might have a nice 5 bedroom residence in the end. The lack of interior pics scares us a little, though.
The BoogieDowner realizes that $329K is still a lot of money, but this would clearly be used as a primary residence with rental units as well. The listing mentions a second floor kitchen, which clearly indicates that it was at one time used for more than one family.
Mott Haven is a pretty cool hood, although probably a little cooler further south. Nevertheless, this unit would get caught up in the lower Concourse rezoning orgy. And there are still some art galleries, and eateries like Alexander's, Bruckner Bar and Grill, and Santa Clarita close by.
This house is located in between the 4/5 trains at 149th and the Concourse and the 6 train at 149th and 3rd Avenue. Both stops are only a few blocks away.
