This unit is really a blank canvas for a motivated buyer with a handy streak. The exterior is from another age. The whole block is full of landmark homes. The pics are what drew BoogieDowner's eye. Well, that and the price tag.
This is even a relatively recent price chop from December when it was still being listed at $350,000. It would have to be a gut renovation (and I'm not sure who has the stomach or money for that in this economy), but it is a pretty stunning house and block.
You'd have a little bit of a walk for transportation. I would be 10-15 minute walk to the Intervale Avenue 6 train stop.
