Well the freakishly warm weather in the middle of this week got the ole BoogieDowner a little excited about the coming spring and summer. What better Bronx nabe to be in during the summer than City Island? Yes, this is crazy expensive, but if you do have that type of money, you'd be able to save on taxes because City Island is still in the , er, well, City... Makes sense, right? The pics tell it all.
