There are certainly some places to shop close by with Fordham Road a short bit away and the whole Target-philic Marble Hill shopping orgy in your backyard.If the delayed-opposed-stalled Kingsbridge Armory thing ever gets done, there would be a whole lot more draw to the nabe.
