Putting the "Boogie" in BoogieDown

The New York Times' Claudia La Rocco has a piece today featuring The Subway Entertainment Crew, a group of dancers living in the Fordham section of the Bronx who perform on various subway lines from 11am to 2pm.

Check out the article if you've ever seen a dance crew like them on the subway and wondered "What's their deal?" It's a good insider look on why they perform on subways (turns out it's more for the love of their craft than for the money), and what how they got started in the biz.
