Here's a little something to make you feel good in this Thursday morning... Daily News' Patrice O'Shaughnessy reports that there is an 88 year old woman (Rosie) waitressing at the Wicked Wolf, a restaurant in the Throgs Neck section of the BoogieDown.She appears to be the cutest little old lady BoogieDowner has ever seen. Although I think if I went to eat at Wicked Wolf, I'd end up serving myself out of guilt. I bet Rosie rakes in the tips, right? She's been waitressing for a half-century now.

Absolutely! I almost stopped in there the last time I was in Throgg's Neck. I love the variety of restaurants in the area and the fact that it is so close to my home in Parkchester. I will have to check it out one of these weekends! Imagine the stories this woman has to tell!
