What's Going On?

In my ongoing fight to the death against baby weight, I hit the elliptical machine today over at the Marble Hill Planet Fitness.

Like every other time I work out there, I stared out the windows overlooking the Harlem River and thought to myself, "What the hell is going on down there?"

I took a pic through the window with my cell phone, hence the extremely poor quality.

There's been a major construction project going on in the parking lot of Planet Fitness for some time now... But it looks like it's not actually anything to do with PF. Weird...

Anyone know what the heck they're working on?
