Out favorite state-Senator elect (and neighbor?) just lost a ruling that reversed a lower court's decision. Previously, the $61K+ in fines had been reduced to just over $39K. The most recent ruling reinstated all fines and brought the total amount owed from Mr. Espada's failed 2001 Beep run to $61,750. That's a lot of dough....~ErLu
