Koppell is a Bronx politico who has become arrogent from being virtually unchallenged over the past few decades. I hope he IS feeling nervous about his challenger, Mr Cassino. His ignoring of term limits and betrayal of his constituents in Kingsbridge makes a Cassino victory an attractive idea indeed.
