City Island Theater Group Presents Night Watch by Lucille Fletcher

For those that love and support the arts please see the information I received from a group of Bronx thespians. They call themselves the "City Island Theater Group". It's their 12th season as a non-profit theatre group, so they must be doing something right. They also have a great website. The web address along with additional information on the event, can be found below.

The City Island Theater Group is proud to kick off its 12th Season with Lucille Fletcher's classic thriller Night Watch. This psycho-thriller tells the story of Elaine, a young heiress who sees the bodies of murdered victims in the window of the building directly across for her apartment. Is this all in her mind? Is someone trying to scare her? Is there a vicious murderer roaming her neighborhood? The audience will be taken ...on a gripping ride as they witness her descent into madness and constant fear. The ending promises to leave theatergoers on the edge!

Emily McSpadden who starred as Elvira in CITG's production of Blithe Spirit returns to the CITG stage as Elaine, the wealthy troubled heiress. Newcomers, T. Abram Lee plays her husband John, Nicole Gadaleta plays the supporting neighbor Blanche and Greg Lederway is Officer Vanelli. NIGHT WATCH also features CITG favorites Camille Kaiser as Helga, the maid, Carol Dooner as Dr. Lake, John Geil as Lt. Walker and Robert Mulroy as Appleby. City Islander Jay Langkamp plays Hoke, making his CITG debut. Matthieu Regney who is no stranger to performing on the City Island stage directs these fine performers. Fiorella deLima is the
Production's Stage Manager.

There are only 6 performances of Night Watch! E-mail to reserve your tickets.
