RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY
Friday, March 25th, 4 PM to 5:30 PM

The Kingsbridge Heights Community Center unveils the new “Room to Grow” – a gross-motor-development play space for infants and toddlers – next Friday, March 25th, at 4 PM. The new indoor playroom is part of the agency’s expanded Early Head Start program, which recently received a grant of $1 million in stimulus funding. Our Early Head Start supports the health and development of children from birth to age three through the intensive involvement of parents, as demonstrated by research conducted by external evaluators and nationally recognized scholars. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held to honor the opening of the space at the Center’s main campus, on 3101 Kingsbridge Terrace in the Bronx. For more information, call Batya Novick at 718.884.0700, ext. 159.
