November 16, 2011 (9AM - 3PM) Tree Give-Away at New York Botanical Garden NYBG Green Market (Mosholu Pkwy entrance) Tree Give-Away at the New York Botanical Garden Wednesday, November 16th from 9AM to 3PM  Take home a free tree!! The Alliance in partnership with New York City Department of Parks & Recreation, New York Restoration Project, and Million Trees, have teamed up to offer free trees in the Bronx. Trees will be made available for individuals to take home to plant on private propety. Trees must be planted within the five boroughs and cannot be planted in containers, on rooftops, or along the street. The following trees will be given away:
