It's Amazing what a little TLC and elbow grease can do for a little green space! To often we see unkempt front yards with dirt and junk. What a difference it makes to take care of your property. It is infectious because then you will see neighbors trying to maintain their own. At least those who care.
I would love a house like that. A house like that in the Bronx is worth a fortune. It is refreshing to still see homes like that. I'd buy it in a second!
