BoogieDowner usually doesn't have many Riverdale Listings of the Day, but not because we don't love you, Riverdale. Really, we do. It's just that it's often 
difficult to find the BoogieDowner troika of criteria for a Listing of the Day in Riverdale: cheap, big, and great transportation. Well one and a half aint bad, right?

What really attracted BoogieDowner's weary real estate scouring eye was the price tag. I have never seen a studio in Riverdale for this low of an asking price. The maintenance is a bit high at $455, which works out to over $1 a square foot, but hey it's Riverdale.

u'd be close to the famous Wave Hill and across the street from Van Cortlandt Park. And if you walk south and further into Riverdale, you'd have access to Liebman's Deli, which ErLu, a decidedly Gentile couple, fell in love with at the Taste of the Bronx event this past Sunday at Lehman College.
