Beginning this evening, the Bronx Stage & Film Company presents 'March Madness,' which is the second installment of the 7th Annual Bronx Independent Film Festival. There will be three nights of excellent independent films at Lehman College's Lovinger Theatre.Tonight's screenings include 5 Lost at Sea, Birthday Free For All, and The Hemingway Night. Tomorrow evening's film is Nasty Old People. The festival closes on Saturday, 3/20, with The Other Side of Paradise. All films begin at 8pm.

The 8th Annual Bronx Independent Film Festival will take place June 17th - 19th. Submissions for entry will be accepted until April 16, 2010. The deadline for late submissions is May 1, 2010.
