Two really good organizations to send money to are Partners in Health (Boston based) and Doctors Without Borders (International). Both are reputable medical organizations that have been in Haiti for many years. They are already handling thousands of injured and need money for more supplies. Donate directly on their secure websites and read more about what they are doing and what your dollars will be used for.
Donations are tax deductible.
