Event Reminder

Today is the first Wednesday of the month, which means there's a book signing event at Bronx Museum of the Arts. This month's signing and launch party features author Lisa Kahane.

Ms. Kahane was around snapping photos back when the Bronx was actually burning. Her book "Do Not Give Way to Evil" is a collection of her work in the BoogieDown from 1979 to 1987. Check out the New York Times write-up here.

Tonight's signing and launch party is free and runs from 5:30 to 7:30pm. Use the museum's North Wing entrance.
