Westchester Ave Building Sells for $1.15 Million

Michele Waiters of CoStar group is reporting the sale of 920 Westchester Avenue for $1.15 million. The buyer, Westrock Development LLC bought the vacant lot at a price tag of about $219 per square foot.

"The single-story, 5,250-square-foot building was built in 1926. The purchase completes an assemblage for the buyer, which is planning a new residential/retail development that was reported to begin within a year."
