New York Botanical Garden Accepting Applications for its Horticulture Program

The nation’s leading horticulture career training program, the School of Professional Horticulture at The New York Botanical Garden is accepting applications now through August 15, 2011. This two-year, full-time horticulture program in New York City offers students high-quality academics with hands-on practical training. Current students and alumni are excelling in the field. Monet’s Garden at Giverny and U.S. National Arboretum are among internship sites for current students. A recent alumnus and manager of Verdant Gardens Design in Brooklyn is just one of many career changers successfully employed in horticulture business.
