Lovely on the inside, but the building next door is boarded up. Not a great selling point. That's the problem in the South Bronx. Too bad.

The house next door is another opportunity. Just sold a house on Walton by 149th that needed massive amounts of work. These are the types of blocks that rejuvenate themselves over time due to their architecture.
