The award recognizes Madeline’s thirteen years as Executive Director of BIC, an affiliate of the Bronx Overall Economic Development Corporation (BOEDC). While focused on The Bronx, BIC is now operating throughout the state as a certified SBA 504 lender. BOEDC also sponsors several other loan programs, for which, Madeline has primary operational responsibility.
