The L.O.V.E. Walk derived from April and Rhina's dedication to raising awareness about Domestic Violence. They hope, that by going public about their own personal experiences, it will encourage others to reach out for help.There are many people who suffer from Domestic Violence and do not have the courage to 'speak up'. April and Rhina are helping to give them a voice--One that is strong and clear.

The L.O.V.E (Love Overcomes Violence Eternally) Walk on Saturday October 15th @ 8:45 am at the Bronx Park East baseball field located at Bronx Park E & Lydig Avenue, Bronx, New York.The walk was created for October, which is Domestic Violence Awareness month. What to bring: Please wear PURPLE as it represents the color for Domestic Violence Awareness. This is a free event but we ask for your support by donating a pair of FAIRLY NEW or GENTLY USED sneakers in all sizes. All donations go to the Sneaker 2 Succeed Campaign in partnership with Remo Production, Inc., Art of Stepping Foundation and Chris Duhon Stand Tall Foundation. The L.O.V.E.
