Council Member Joel Rivera will address Monday evening’s shooting on East 181st Street and Daly Avenue which has placed two young girls and a young man in the hospital. The community is asked to provide any information that will aid the authorities on the arrest of the suspected gunman, Luis Moore by calling Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577 TIPS (8477).
