We heard and saw a little hub-bub outside our building (the same building in which Pedro Espada pretends to live). When we went down to investigate we saw a group of New Roosevelt Initiative volunteers and workers, led by Yorman Nunez, prepping for a neighborhood sweep for Gustavo Rivera.

here's another innovative idea...
the maximum salary of a tax payer funded elected official should not EXCEED the average median income of his CONSTITUENTS...an elected official will work harder for his people if the growth of his salary depends upon it.
They are ALL a bunch of liars...some just tell bigger lies than others...
