West Bronx News reports that local developer Frank DeLeonardis is refusing to hire union workers for his latest project at 179th Street and Jerome Avenue. Local 79 is protesting by setting up an inflatable rat across from the site. The current workers on the project are mostly from outside of the Bronx and receive no benefits or job training.
Tsk, tsk Mr. DeLeonardis... BoogieDowner smells a RAT.
