With the possibility of the rezoning of Webster Avenue and Bedford Park Norwood being studied, the Department of City Planning has recently unveiled a website that folks can use as a resource to learn about the project.The website provides information on the proposal including a project overview, description of existing and proposed zoning, and information on the public review process. Environmental review and ULURP information will be added to the website as it is made available.

Please note that there will be a public hearing regarding this issue on May 19th at the Bedford Park Senior Center (243 E. 204th Street) from 4pm to 9pm.
