I am glad to hear about the acknowledgement that we need a major hotel and supermarket in the Southern Bronx, and that further development of the HUB is on the horizon.

However, the new hotel and new supermarket will NOT come to the area without TAX INCENTIVES/BREAKS from the city. What does that mean? Well I haven't heard a word about how much these jobs would pay (remember that living wage issue that killed the Armory redevelopment)?

Let's see how this plays out..I suspect Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz will be talking out of both sides of his mouth, as usual.

It looks like we're a couple of steps away from the majority of Bronx government being located at Rikers.

oh, yeah, we really need a major hotel in the south bronx... who is "we" ? on another note, how is Izquierdo still the chief of staff? Tells yu how effective they are
