Round'em Up

Here are some Bronx-related stories which we've rounded up for you, our lovely readers, while trolling the interweb with our horse and lasso this fine morning:

A judge has ruled that ex-NY state senator Efrain Gonzalez will not be able to withdraw his guilty plea to federal fraud charges [AP]

It appears that employees of H&R Block on Riverdale Avenue may have been stealing clients' identities and filing taxes on their behalf to collect the returns [New York Times]

Illegal dumping on Bullard Avenue is costing the owner of an elevator business about $700/month in cleanup costs...The Department of Sanitation comes infrequently to remove the refuse [WABC]
