A summary of topics that BP Ruben Diaz will cover in his State of the Borough address [Daily News]

I was looking forward to this farce of a speech where he will try to fool Bronx residents into believing we are better off now that those "evil" jobs and amenities are gone. Who needs jobs right Ruben? But hey, he had lots of ideas for the Armory that were better for the why STILL silent Rubencito?

This speech will be the same old "we are better off with no jobs" / "I have lots of ideas" bullshit. This ignoramus needs to go before he sinks the borough any further.
