It's a pre-war building built in 1925 so there is no garage. Cars were a luxury at that time. The management along with the super did worked out a system to park along the back. I believe there is a nominal fee and a reasonable wait list for a spot.

The owner took down a few of the walls making the central space more open. That why I used the description, "loft like".
