Conservatives Get Hip to the BoogieDown

The West Bronx Blog found a great HumanEvents.com post declaring that the BoogieDown is rapidly becoming known as the greenest borough.

The post details many of the great cultural attractions in the Bronx, including the New York Botanical Garden, Wave Hill, Orchard Beach, City Island, Arthur Avenue, and the Bronx Culture Trolley.

Getting an uber-conservative site like this one to encourage their readers to visit the birthplace of hip-hop is no small feat... Good PR like this for the BoogieDown is much appreciated (and much deserved).

We're from the Bronx NY, so Green Back!

So clearly you live in the Bronx, or are interested in learning more about the Bronx. In order to be a true Bronxite, you must be green! Please click the link below and tell the city of a place that would be perfect for a free tree, whether it be in front of your home/neighbor's home, place of business, an entire street, or any pedestrian zone/sidewalk that could use some greening. Don't worry, it is free, they city does all the work, all you do is sit back and enjoy the beautiful tree and clean air!
